United Card Services (UCS) and selects Modirum to provide 3-D Secure Issuer ACS service to its client banks in Russia. UCS is part of Global Payments Inc and a leading direct merchant acquirer and indirect payment processor in the Russian Federation providing indirect payment processing services to over 70 financial institutions.
Modirum-UCS ACS service will be launched in Russia with Rosbank, one of the largest banks' in the country and expanded to include other UCS client banks in the course of this year.
